Take a note that all commission types are focused on design, so keeping existing character design might me be boring both for me and you.As a starting point you can either:• Give me an overall description of the characters, leaving design and reference research to me• Give me description and references to use.• Give me an old design to redesignThe commissions are currently provided in more graphic/lineart based style, but if you are interested in more painted/rendered final look (based on my other works in portfolio) - let me know, we can discuss this but the price may differ.

Terms of service

  • I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

  • I only accept payment through PayPal.

  • First-come, first-served.

  • Each piece takes 2-5 weeks to finish. If you want the art to be done for a certain date, please specify it.

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books and use as an example in commission info.

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

  • You may use the designs as a reference for other artworks including commissioning other artists.

  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. (If you are interested in commercial art, contact me via email)

  • You can print the commissioned work to decorate your wall, your shirt or whatever you want as long as you don't sell it.

Process

  • I will reach out to you if you get the slot via email. If there is no response within 24 hours from the time the message is sent, I will retract the offer. If you did not get the slot but you are ready to wait – I’ll put you in the waitlist for next month.

  • After I’ll finish the sketch it will be send for your approval . You get 2 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price. If you need extra changes, a fee will be added for the final price (depending on the difficulty of changes).

  • When the sketch is approved, I’ll send you payment invoice via PayPal.

  • After getting the payment I’ll continue to work on your commission and send you updates with lines and color. You can ask for small changes, but if you wish for me to change something in the drawing that was approved in the sketch, I will charge you a fee to change it.

  • Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-size image. Note that there is no physical product.
